Privacy

This page explains how SirBetAlot handles your personal information, protects your account, and keeps your gaming experience fair and secure. We collect only what we need to run our service safely and legally, and you have clear rights over your data.

Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money or solve financial problems. If you feel it is becoming a problem, support is available.

You can set the following tools directly in your account settings:

- Deposit limits: Control how much you deposit over a day, week, or month. - Loss limits: Set a cap on net losses during a set period. - Session time limits: Decide how long you can play in one sitting. - Reality checks: Receive pop-up reminders showing your session length at intervals you choose. - Cooling-off periods: Take a break from 24 hours up to six weeks. - Self-exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of six months.

All limits apply immediately once set. If you want to increase a limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies before the change takes effect.

Warning signs of problem gambling include chasing losses, lying about how much you spend, using gambling to escape stress, or borrowing money to bet. These are common and nothing to be ashamed of. Help is free and confidential. Contact the Gambling Helpline New Zealand for support.

Accounts are restricted to people aged 18 and over. We verify age and identity during registration. If others use your device, consider installing parental control software like Net Nanny or K9 Web Protection to block access.

Terms and Account Rules

Only one account per person is allowed. You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in New Zealand when you play.

We require identity and address verification (known as KYC) before your first withdrawal. This helps prevent fraud and meets legal obligations. Have a government-issued ID and a recent utility bill ready if asked.

Bonuses come with terms: wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and caps on how much you can withdraw from bonus funds. Trying to abuse bonuses, such as creating multiple accounts or exploiting game flaws, will void any offer and may lead to account closure.

Inactive accounts with no logins or bets for 12 months may be closed. We will email you beforehand.

Cheating, collusion, using bots, or disputing legitimate transactions through your bank (chargebacks) breaks our rules and may result in account termination.

If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If unresolved, you can escalate it to the Department of Internal Affairs, which oversees gambling compliance in New Zealand.

We may update these terms. If changes affect your rights significantly, we will notify you by email or via a notice when you log in.
